I will be posting some pictures from New Designers 2012 soon, and some links to some of the designers I really liked! Unfortunately only a few actually have web pages for me to link to..
Going through all of these has helped me decide on a few things. I need to get a proper e-mail… one that’s not @hotmail or @gmail or anything like that. It just seems so much more professional! And I need to get a real web page.. A blog is good, and I appreciate all the new designers who actually have blogs to go to, but the ones who have webpages with their portfolio’s, CV’s etc stand out so much, and there are very few who actually have it! When I’m attending New Designers or Graduate Fashion Week next summer I have to have these things sorted! With all the hard work that is put into showcasing at such an event it’s a shame if the second impression one gives doesn’t measure up to the first impression given at the event.
