These pages are from a “fashion face exercise”. We did this to learn how to simplify facial traits to make simple, yet experssive faces on our fashion illustrations. We were given a face template and were told to apply different types of faces onto that template. On the right is a drawing of my classmate, then simplified. On the right is Mona Lisa, and some actress/model I don’t know the name of.
