The first, and very important part was to present to them who the WOW customer is. I decided to do a small collage of images of the interests I thought the wow girl would have. Starting in the top right corner you see activites, then where she likes to shop, what kind of movies she likes, tv-series, actors and actresses, singers?music and then magasines and at the end at the top it just shows the digital world they are a part of. 
I chose to show two pictures of both Miley Cyrus and Emma Watson as the change they have gone through these past few years very well relates to the change the wow customer goes through, from being a child to becoming more and more grown up and a woman and finding their identity and all the confusion that comes with that. 

In the centre of the board is a picture of two girls I know who are really good friends, in the picture they are hugging and smiling. I have blurred it out here for the sake of their privacy.
