Squashed Berries

This dress was developed from some collage work early on in the design and research process. It is made of silk/viscose devore fabric, screen printed by hand to create a subtle burnout design. Each individual red circle has been dyed and in addition several other techniques have been used on them such as screen printing, flock, foil and machine embroidery. The neckline on this dress is a digitally printed silk with a flock print on top.
